Production Associate ($15/hr+)

The Pictsweet Company is growing! We are currently hiring Production Associates to join our sweet potato processing facility in Clarksville, AR. This is two shift production operation with opportunities on both shifts.

Wages start at $15.25/hr for entry level Production Associates. 

• Know and observe safety, security, quality, sanitation, and personal hygiene requirements and lead by example on the processing floor.
• Work closely with facility personnel to ensure that The Pictsweet Company produces food that is safe, legally complaint, and of high quality. 
• Ensure full compliance with government agencies and internal standards for example FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, HARPC, GMPs, Housekeeping, Allergen Segregation, etc.
• Follow work instructions and product specifications for the production area assigned.

• 3+ months experience in a food production role, preferred
• Ability to conform to production scheduling requirements
• Excellent attendance is required
• Effective oral communication skills between departments
