Summary of Essential Duties:
- Responsible for accurate and timely maintenance of information for inventory control system.
- Prepares and provides routine reports to supervision regarding inventory.
- Coordinates office functions with supervisors, workers, and other departments.
- Provides clerical support to supervisory personnel. Types/prints memos, builds spread sheets, files documents, answers phones, communicates messages, maintains confidential information and performs purchase orders.
- Work with PKMS, inputs scheduled orders into PKMS, and inputs the next shift into PKMS and ensures accurateness of orders.
- Communicates with management about issues.
- Keep work area clean and safe.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by supervision.
Experience:
- Must have 1 year experience performing basic computer operations with spreadsheets, word processing or other programs.
- 1 year experience in clerical role or related field preferred.
- 1 year experience in customer service and transportation is desirable.
- Familiarity with a manufacturing environment desirable.
