SRP is responsible for properly assembling and fitting slotted pieces together to form partitions for cartons.
The Stacker/Palletizer is responsible for maintaining a continual flow of finished goods by stacking cases according to customer quality standards and specifications. Also, The Stacker/Palletizer supports all production activities within a high-volume manufacturing environment by timely and accurately completing finished goods pallets. Furthermore, The Stacker/Palletizer maintains the palletizing area in an organized and clean manner to make work environment safety, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- The Line Inspector/Packer is responsible for the visual inspection of raw material in-process at the inspection station to make sure quality standards and specifications are in compliance, the removal of sub-standard product and/or foreign material discovery and conform to food safety processes and procedures. Also, when performing the duties as a packer, the Line Inspector/Packer is accountable for the safe and efficient visual inspection of all packaged product produced and makes sure of all defective product is rejected by effectively checking for proper seals, accurate graphic design alignment, correct code dates and country of origin information, and the precise date and/or item identification coding.
The Machine Operator will be responsible for the operation all the plant/facility blending, film and corrugated packaging, and seasoning equipment including the setup, adjustment, and basic preventive maintenance as well as for the quality and quantity of work produced by assigned equipment. Also, actively leads quality by good work habits, proactive participation in machine operation and efficiency enhancements, and in quality food safety programs.
